Submit a formal written request or Resolution to the district office addressed to Rep. Addug, with a project brief, estimated cost, and endorsement from your barangay captain. Requests are reviewed during our quarterly project assessment meetings.
Medical missions are scheduled bi-annually across all barangays. Announcements are posted on our official Facebook page at least two weeks before each mission. You can also call our office to check upcoming schedules in your area.
